The lovely apartment doesn't offer a lot of comfort, but a great location for a vacation where you can enjoy both beach life and excursions. The atmosphere is pleasant and the terrace allows you to eat all your meals outside. It's a great place for a nice breakfast overlooking the sparkling sea before strolling to the beach.



In summer, Sicilians and foreigners alike come to Marina di Modica to enjoy the beach life. Then the golden beach is full of life and the squares, restaurants and cafés are bustling, often with live music in a small open-air theater. Visit Modica, Scicli, Ispica and Ragusa or take a slightly longer drive to Marzameni. The lively town of Pozzallo is just a few kilometers away, from where you can take a catamaran to the island of Malta for day trips.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
