On the second floor of the Stock vacation apartment building, a comfortable, newly built 3-room apartment awaits you, offering a modern design that instantly creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious, light-filled living and dining area: large panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the expansive balcony—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing end to the evening.

In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content—whether it’s a light breakfast or a cozy dinner. Afterward, the comfortable living area invites you to unwind. Enjoy movies and TV shows in HD quality on the 50-inch TV in the living room and the 32-inch TVs in both bedrooms.

Two bedrooms ensure restful nights, each equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm), a TV, a wardrobe, and plenty of space to unwind. One of the bedrooms also offers direct access to the balcony.

The barrier-free bathrooms with spacious, walk-in showers offer additional comfort—ideal for starting your vacation day feeling relaxed. The decentralized ventilation system ensures excellent air quality in every room.

Practical details have also been taken care of: You can conveniently park your car in your free underground parking space. In the basement, you’ll also find a laundry room with
a washer and dryer. The elevator takes you from the underground parking garage right to your apartment.

The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you’re eligible for a free towel and bed linen change. Please schedule an appointment with us for this.
