Spacious vacation apartment with a year-round hot tub in a small vacation home located directly on the lake in the beautiful Schlaube Valley. Nature and tranquility combined with excellent recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and boating. The property is completely fenced in.

The accommodation
The apartment consists of a living area with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, espresso machine, stovetop, and a large fridge-freezer combo with an ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery, as well as cooking and baking utensils. The living area features a comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as a spacious dining table. A TV with popular streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, and YouTube rounds out the amenities. The apartment has Wi-Fi for internet access. There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed measuring 160 by 200 cm. The bed for two people can be adjusted on both sides to suit each person’s sleeping preferences, as the headboard can be raised. An additional sleeping space is available in the living area via the sofa, which folds out into a full-size bed. The unfolded sofa has a sleeping surface measuring 140 by 200 cm. The bedroom also features a desk equipped with a small monitor (cables included) for connecting to your own laptop.

Guest access
In addition to the apartment, the lower section of the garden is available for use. One car and bicycles can be parked on the property.
The lower part of the house is for private use and is locked. The tool shed is also locked.

Additional important information
The upper, very sunny terrace features comfortable seating for relaxing and dining. In the garden area, there is also a large gas grill (gas included) available for use. The garden also features a swing, a ping-pong table, and a playing area with a net for badminton or volleyball. The property has access to the lake, where our pedal boat is available for use. In addition to the seats, the boat has two spacious lounging areas and a swimming ladder.
