Henryetta is at the Crossroads of I-40 and Highway 75 (aka 62) making it a perfect retreat from travel, or a fantastic centrally located property for your friends and family in Henryetta and Okmulgee areas. This is a 3-bedroom 2 bath house, with a dedicated office. Large front porch has a swing, couch and ceiling fan. Inside, guests find a private primary suite with king bed, sitting area, TV, fireplace, private full bath, and as a bonus your own wine/coffee bar, with all essentials. Two additional bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed, all with TV's. Additional space in the home allows for extra two twin sleeper beds upon request. The house includes two bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub and shower in one, and a walk in shower in the primary suite. A large centrally located dining room has beautiful built in storage. Imagine special family dinners or celebrations in this spacious house. Hardwood floors throughout and original woodwork has been carefully restored. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. A separate laundry is located right off the kitchen, with oversize washer/dryer. For the cooks in your family, a nice big kitchen is provided with stainless appliances, a gas stove, and fully stocked kitchen. Many common spices are available, plus coffee and creamer. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Whether you’re relaxing or working, this marvelous home provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy your time in Henryetta at our phenomenal house.
