We had a lovely time staying at Leah's unit in Wildwood. The jacuzzi was very spacious and the kitchen, living room, and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, it's just by the beach and all the boardwalk attractions.

Once me and my sister arrived and opened the front door there was a strong smell of Mold. in each room we were unable to sleep in the bedroom due to the strong aroma of Mold and mildew curtains. the bedspreads. were a dampness and a old smell of mold. the shower did not work at all. shower curtains was so filthy dirty we had to tie them up away from the tub. there was mold stains on the bathroom wall. you can clearly tell the walls was painted to cover up the mold on the wall there was an Dehumidifier in the bathroom hat did not work. the stay was so bad my shoulder and neck was in pain for sleeping on the couch. all my nice clothes was damaged by the smell of the unit. the stove did not work. we could not cook in the unit and dined out every night. due to the un sanitize conditions. i would not feel safe with my dog staying at this place overnight im' in the nursing field and i am telling you this was very unsafe.to stay the only thing keeping people coming to this place is the location and the pool.

After reading this review I rushed to the unit immediately! I was ready to fix any issues, but to my surprise, nothing was wrong. The stove and the shower both worked fine, there was no mold smell at all, nothing was damp... I couldn't understand what was going on. The guest had messaged me several times before her stay; I had responded to all of her messages within twenty minutes. Yet during her stay she did not send any messages at all, not even to alert me to these supposed problems. After receiving this review I asked her why she hadn't said anything; I could have addressed the issues during her stay, or moved her to another unit I own within the beach club. Her response was that that didn't matter and she wanted a full refund. Since the unit was pristine and everything did in fact work, and the guest hadn't reported any issues until after she'd completed her full stay I declined. Another guest stayed in the unit five days after this guest checked out and reported no issues (I specifically asked about mold, the shower, and the stove) and left a five-star review.
