The Zellnerhof is a former farm and is located only a few meters from the shore of Lake Chiemsee, in the center of Gstadt. It is also only a few meters away from Haus Chiemsee-Blick - our second guest house. From the balcony, the Zellnerhof offers a wonderful view of the lake, island and mountains. The individually and modernly furnished apartments are equipped with every comfort. In front of the house is a beautiful garden with a spacious terrace. For the most precious days of the year, our house offers comfort and fantastic opportunities inside and outside to make your holiday varied. There is a good bakery and shopping facilities in the village.
The newly renovated apartment Johanna has 35 sqm, offers space for 1 to 2 people and consists of a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom and shower with toilet. Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge.

The spacious apartment on the 1st floor is furnished in a cosy country house style in a modern and high-quality style and has its own access to the balcony with a wonderful view of the shore, lake and mountains.

On arrival, the fridge of your holiday home is stocked with welcome drinks, so that you can quench your first thirst immediately and in a relaxed manner.

Bed linen, towels Table linen, dish towels and washing-up liquid are provided by the house, the bathroom has a hairdryer and the living area has a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove – microwave and freezer are in the hallway.

Outside you will find parking spaces for cars, a bicycle shed and a playground with swings, slides, table tennis and various small toys.
