Welcome to our vacation home, “Emily.”



Enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of the County of Bentheim on Lake Vecht.

Our modern vacation home with a lake view can accommodate up to six people for your vacation.

The rental rates are based on 6 people.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.



Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.



One pet may be accommodated for an additional fee. More available upon request.

A maximum of two pets may be accommodated.

One parking space is available free of charge.

Construction work may be taking place in the newly built Seepark during your stay.

Please understand that complaints made after your stay will not be accepted.



On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen-dining area with a large dining area and a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and sauna. Also on the first floor, you’ll find the utility room with a washer-dryer. A large wooden patio with seating for four, a garden table, and a parasol invites you to relax. Next to the house is a lockable bike shed.



Pets are welcome in our smoke-free home with a fenced-in property.



In the living area, you can enjoy cozy moments with a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. Free internet access is, of course, included.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.



On the first floor, you’ll find your own wellness bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in shower. Here you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The underfloor heating adds to the sense of well-being.



There is an additional guest restroom on the upper floor. There you’ll also find the two bedrooms with double beds and a cozy sleeper sofa on the loft.

The house includes its own lockable bike storage room.



Our house is the ideal starting point for a bike tour along the Fietsentour —a network of bike paths stretching over 1,200 km through the County of Bentheim.

Take a boat tour on the Vechte River or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pools.



The town of Nordhorn attracts visitors with its cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping opportunities. All of these places are within easy walking distance.

The zoo in Nordhorn is another highlight. Plus, the nearby Netherlands is a great destination for day trips.
