Apartment 1, which is approximately 109 square meters in size (spanning two floors at the front) has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 people; upon request, the single bedroom can be expanded to include two sleeping arrangements, allowing for a total occupancy of 6 people. When accommodating up to 4 people, the single bedroom serves as a relaxation room after using the sauna.
