Wonderful property! Perfect location for a beach vacation. Loved the porch and the yard. Loved all the rooms and bathrooms. And the surfing memorabilia and autographs - fantastic!Thank you for the lasting memories for our family!

This house was perfect for our large family! It was clean, stocked and in a great location! quick walk to the beach as well as town shops.

Perfect Stay

The house is very spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a fenced yard! A minute golf cart ride to the beach or a 5 min walk. I would highly recommend staying here!

2025 Summer Vacation

This house was perfect for a multi-family vacation. With two stories, 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, there was plenty of room for everyone! In addition, the covered back porch with ceiling fans, made hanging out outside comfortable. It was also just a couple of blocks to the beach and the gift shops. It was perfect location! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Port A.

The size is great for large, multifamily groups. The location is fantastic, very close to the beach along Avenue G, and walking distance to several restaurants (and food truck type establishments). The driveway inside the gate has enough parking to very comfortably fit 5 vehicles, probably 6 if you're ok with getting a little close. This is our third year staying at this rental with multiple families. Over that time, many things have been improved, while only a few have gotten worse. The A/C unit for the upstairs rooms was upgraded and does a much better job at removing humidity and maintaining a comfortable environment. Exterior paint was apparently updated sometime in the last year. The railing for the outside deck has been fixed/painted. However, the A/C unit for the 'palm' room is on constantly, the remote does not work, so it stays very cold (could be a plus for some folks going through menopause), the front right burner on the stove did not ignite, a lock for one of the downstairs bathrooms did not lock, and one of the handles for one of the downstairs bedrooms was so loose that it came right off when you grabbed it. Honestly, fairly minor issues if you're just staying for the weekend. Side note, if you're hanging out on the back deck enjoying a cigar after 10pm, expect to have people on carts driving by, hooting and hollering and expecting a wave.

Golden Girl vibes!

I chose this home because it was the perfect amount of space for the combination of adults and kids that were coming on our trip. It was a bonus that it gave Golden Girl vibes! It is the perfect location! Super easy to check in and check out. I would say the only negative thing was the amount of silverware and supplies that were left for a party of 15 people. We had to use silverware from the upstairs kitchen in order to have enough for all the people. Luckily I bring dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels and TP when I go to these places in case the host doesn’t leave enough. We did use some dishwasher pods and paper towels, but they provided plenty of TP. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely stay at this house again!
