General Information


The charming "Gute Stube" vacation home is located in the fishing village of Zirchow on Usedom and was completed in 2019. It is a semi-detached house with a cozy thatched roof at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so you won’t be disturbed by the minimal traffic in the village, and the children can play in the garden around the house. The house spans two floors and a converted attic. It is furnished in a modern and inviting style.

On the first floor, you’ll findYou’ll first find a small entryway with a coat rack, from which a staircase leads to the upper floor, as well as a small bathroom with a shower and sauna, and the spacious living-dining area. The sofa and armchairs invite you to relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy cozy game nights; bookworms are also well catered for. The TV is equipped with HDMI. A small stereo system with a CD player rounds out the amenities. The built-in kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a hearty breakfast or cook meals. A microwave and oven ensure quick meal preparation, while the small freezer compartment is perfect for storing food. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. This leaves more time for leisure, the beach, or excursions into the exciting surrounding area.


The two floor-to-ceiling French doors on the first floor let the sunshine in and create a seamless transition to the terraces and the garden. You can enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea on the smaller east-facing terrace in the morning sun, sunbathe on the south-facing terrace until late afternoon, or meet up with friends in the evening for a barbecue.


The upper floor features a second bathroom and two bedrooms. One is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, while the other has two single box-spring beds. Closets with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe help keep things organized. Toddlers up to 2 years old stay free of charge in a travel crib. A high chair is also available.


The converted attic is furnished with two beds that can be stacked on top of each other or placed side by side and can also be included in the rental. This is the ideal retreat for older children or adults who are young at heart.


Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, so the morning rush is kept to a minimum. The sauna warms both body and soul after long winter walks and keeps your immune system in top shape even in the summer. The washing machine helps keep your laundry fresh.


Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. In front of the house, there is a free parking space and a bike rack.
