Location, Location, Location combined with 5 star amenities including brand new Casper mattresses with Brooklinen percale sheets and duvets. Located in the heart of downtown across from PopOver, a 20 second walk to Bravo Bravo and a 3 min walk to Drawbridge Ice Cream. The home has two distinct living and sleeping areas and off street parking for 3 vehicles. 1st Floor has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths, a large Family Room, Dining room, and fully stocked kitchen while the second floor has two bedrooms, two full baths, Dining room, living area and fully stocked kitchen as well. The designer has received numerous awards and has been featured in nationally published home magazines including Southern Accents, Veranda and House Beautiful. This picturesque historic home boasts a magical back yard with an 8 person dining table and new Gas Grille. The home has 6 new wall hung TV’s ranging from 55” to 75” with a large TV in every bedroom. We also have a new washer & dryer and (7) new AC units. The front porch boasts a dining table, dual porch swing and (2) designer swivel chairs. For those guests inquiring about a 5th bedroom, we have a 3rd floor unit that we can open up for special occasions for an additional fee. It would be very difficult to find a combination of luxury, location, and individual group privacy in the Mystic area to compete with 29 Willow. We pride ourselves on creating an ideal “experience” and as a premier host in North Carolina (see property ID 2969940), our 5 star only reviews should paint the picture of what type of VRBO property you are signing up for. We thank you and we welcome dogs under 40 lbs (2 dog max per stay).

Little about me, I’m 54, married to my lovely wife Kristen for 27 years, we have 3 daughters, twins that are 25 and born on the 4th of July and our youngest daughter is a senior at Conn College in New London. We love sports, we love great food, we love great weather and we love projects. 29 Willow is my second project in Mystic in the last two years and we have adopted Mystic as our second home for all the reasons we can all agree on. My goal in this VRBO is to make your stay truly special and to be the best host on all levels you have ever had.

Our property is old and was in desperate need of love when we discovered it. The property had over 20 bids to purchase on it. I was very fortunate to win the bid. As they say, it was meant to be. This house has a premium location that in my opinion is unmatched. It has a unique floor plan that allows two different families to have a similar layout on each floor that can be shared with others or simply by themselves. Every detail has been thought of and executed when I took over the property. It’s hard to put into words but I care deeply for my guests and my biggest thrill is when a creative idea that I thought of and implemented is enjoyed and complemented by our guests. I’m an ambassador with Marriot and I just got back from a long Four Seasons yacht cruise. I take from these service and hospitality pros and try to improve on their great leadership.
