Commerces et mer à 3 mn à pieds.

Location agréable, propre, literie confortable, grande terrasse abritée avec un rideau pour protégé du soleil, du vent. Un climatiseur rafraichissant . La télé se tourne , un plaisir soit dans le BZ ou dans le lit. Rue passagère mais calme la nuit, les bus en contrebas ne gênent pas. Le petit bémol , la douche trop petite. Un beau marché tous les matins à 2 mn à pieds, proche de la mer , des commerces, tout se fait à pieds . Une très bonne boulangerie à 3 mn à pied Des animations le soir.

Un appartement très satisfaisant

Un appartement très bien situé au coeur de la ville, à côté des commerces, du marché, des plages, du parc, et proche de la grande côte et de la forêt domaniale. Une résidence très propre, calme et pratique (ascenseur, parking sécurisé). L'équipement du studio est adapté, rien ne manque et tout est très propre, l'aménagement est sympa aux couleurs marines et dynamiques. Je recommande le studio, pour 1 personne seule ou un couple. La réception est très agréable.
