Located in Lochau, the Cocoon am Schloß Top 2 vacation apartment offers guests a fantastic view of Lake Constance. The 110 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with modern, large bunk beds and 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower) as well as an additional guest WC and thus offers space for 4 people. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning and a washer-dryer.



The accommodation is located near the Lochau lido (approx. 650 m) and public transport is within walking distance.



A parking lot is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Moderne großräumige Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut gepflegt, man hat von dort aus einen schönen Blick auf den Bodensee. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Aufzug und ist trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich:) Cons: Die Wohnung ist ca. 1 km (vielleicht ein bisschen mehr) vom See entfernt. Wir sind relativ fit und konnten daher alles zu Fuß erreichen. Aber auch das war uns im voraus bekannt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Blick auf den Bodensee und die Berge

Pros: Wohnung groß, gemütlich, modern, hell, sauber und auf den ersten Blick gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Hand-/Badetücher werden bereitgestellt. Aufzug, mit dem man das Gepäck bequem in den 2. Stock bringen kann. Zentral gelegen zwischen Lindau und Bregenz. Schöner, wenn auch etwas entfernter Blick auf den Bodensee und die Berge, besonders toll beim Sonnenuntergang. Gäste-WC vorhanden. Cons: Kaffeemaschine hatte ihre Macken. Fehlendes Infomaterial zu Mülltrennung, Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, etc. (wie man es von anderen Ferienwohnungen kennt). Auf den zweiten Blick fehlen doch so manche Sachen, wenn man nicht nur essen gehen, sondern auch selbst kochen möchte, z.B. größere Töpfe und mehrere Schneidebrettchen. Beim abendlichen Fernsehen war entspanntes Fernsehschauen meistens nicht möglich, weil ziemlich oft das Fernsehbild durch Netzwerk-Probleme gestört war. Die enge Einfahrt zum Grundstück und die Parkplatz-Situation im Hof, wenn mehrere Autos da waren.
