The Light House owes its name to the view of the Egmond aan Zee lighthouse. And from the living room you even have a view of the sea, the beach is just a stone's throw away.
 
Apartment Het Lichthuis is equipped for a maximum of 8 people. The modern living room is functionally furnished with a large corner sofa, 8-person dining table and digital television. From the living room you can look straight into the pleasant shopping street (Voorstraat).
 
The real eye-catcher is the open kitchen in wood look. Equipped with a cooking island, this is a wonderful place in the house to enjoy together. This modern kitchen has no fewer than 2 combination oven/microwaves, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and sufficient cupboard space.
 
The 2 bathrooms are located on the first floor. One bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and mirror.
 
There is also a separate toilet. There is a washing machine in the storage room.
 
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds and 1 wardrobe. 3 bedrooms also have their own sink with mirror.
 
Het Lichthuis has a large south-facing sun terrace (35m²) with a lot of privacy and garden furniture.
 
Please note: this house consists of 2 floors and can be reached via a hall with stairs. You must be able to climb stairs. The entrance to the house is at the rear, on Zuiderstraat.
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.
 
- This house has 1 garage where you can park 1 car.
- You will also receive 1x digital "parking permit" for a 2nd car, and only for the license plate you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und direkt vor der Tür eine Einkaufspassage. Kommuniation und check in und out prima.Leider war kein Trockner vorhanden, wie es im Inserat steht, aber dafür haben wir Handtücherpakete als Entschädigung bekommen. Toller Service!Sauberkeit war ok, aber hätte gründlicher sein können. Vorallem das Babybett war leider schon arg dreckig. Gerade solche Dinge sollten sauber sein. Ansonsten war es aber ok von der Sauberkeit.
