Welcome to this energy-friendly and modern passive house that welcomes you with high quality, beautiful decoration and comfort. The style of the house is bright and elegant and promises you relaxation and well-being in beautiful surroundings. Enjoy the spacious and private bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and take advantage of the sauna and fitness room.



Outside you will find several terrace areas, such as on the 1st floor and along the pool, which invites you to swim and sunbathe at the poolside and on the loungers. Enjoy snacks and cool drinks in the shade and watch your children play on the trampoline.



Enjoy the beautiful green nature and discover it on walks, hikes and bike rides. Explore the surrounding area during your stay and visit the medieval town of Labin, stroll through the picturesque alleyways of the old town and visit the cultural sights. Beautiful pebble beaches and crystal-clear sea await you in the tourist town of Rabac, from where you can take a boat trip to the nearby islands in summer.

Absolute Empfehlung. Vom ersten Moment an ist die Villa beeindruckend. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und vollständig umzäunt. Der Pool ist herrlich und wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, die Poolheizung zu nutzen. (Der Pool hatte am letzten Tag die 27 grad erreicht und man konnte auch bei kühleren Temperaturen eine Runde schwimmen gehen!) In der Villa findet man alle Annehmlichkeiten: die Küche ist sehr umfangreich und hochwertig ausgestattet. Man kann Problemlos für viele Personen kochen. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Badezimmer und die Betten sind äußerst bequem! An kühleren Tagen konnten wir die Sauna und den Fitnessraum nutzen. Neben dem Haus ist eine kleine Parkanlage, schöne Olivenbäume und eine Pferderennbahn. Hier kann man perfekt einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund machen. Die nächsten größeren Städte Labin und Pula sind ca. 20 Autominuten entferntDie Gastgeberin hat uns bei Problemen sofort weitergeholfen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es ist die beste Villa, in der wir bisher waren.

Es ist alles da was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fön,….)Für uns war die ruhige abgelegene Lage der Villa optimal. Einkaufen zu Fuß erreichbar. Pizzeria Zara, die auch Zufuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar einfach spitze. Der Pool, Trampolin und der Volleyballplatz waren für unserer Kinder das absolute Highlight. Die Besitzer waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würden jederzeit wieder in dieses tolle Haus kommen. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.
