Public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Port Guillaume" 1.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cabourg, 3 km. Additional accommodations can be booked. Sailing school (during season) 300 m. Shopping gallery is opened in High Season. The bridge that connects Port Guillaume to Cabourg is open from 07/07 until 30/09 between 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
2-room maisonette 83 m2 on 2nd floor, east facing position. Large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, east facing position. Very beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Toll gelegen, sichere und saubere Unterkunft mit super Ausblick auf den Hafen. Sie Atmosphäre ist toll und mit einem Glas Rosé vom Balkon aus sehr zu genießen.

Apparemment très propre,lumineux et très bien situé. Il y a tout sur place,restaurants,boulangerie,supermarché ect... Le service interhome est parfait,dorénavant pour nos prochaines locations nous passerons pas eux.

Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung

Wir waren 23 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, war vorhanden. Die Betten waren gut und Stauraum war reichlich vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch das freundliche Personal hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Etwas gestört haben uns die zu allen Seiten offenen Balkone. Eine Seitenverkleidung wäre hier angenehm. Die Treppe nach oben ist schon sehr eng und steil, nichts für nicht rüstige Senioren.

Vue magnifique

Appartement très bien situé sur le port, au calme. Très bien équipé, bcp de rangement. Il manquait juste un peu d'informations pratiques : où déposer les poubelles, le code wifi (pourtant normalement compris dans la location).
