We took a chance on this unit as it had no ratings but we were not disappointed. It does appear to be freshly renovated. All of the pictures are accurate, the beds in the master and guest bedrooms were very comfortable and appeared to be Tempur-pedic (or that style) and they were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extra towels in a closet in the master bedroom. There were four adults and one minor child in our group and there was enough room in the living room to comfortably hang out. Greg was/is an excellent communicator throughout the process. The condo is located in a great area - close to 100 and MT Snow. The only negatives we had were the hot water heater is in the master closet and when the heat kicked on and the hot water met the cold circulation pump and piping, there was a bit of knocking for a short time (but that is science and not much can be done about that!) and that I was not able to apply my OneKeyCash to the stay (I'm not sure how that works and why I couldn't). I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Dover area as it was clean, convenient, comfortable, and Greg was a great communicator.
