The sandy beach of Forte dei Marmi is only 5 km away. You can reach the sea in 10 minutes by car. A well-kept and private garden with garden furniture is at guests' disposal. Facilities: The living area is approx. 50 m²: living room with small kitchen, double bedroom with bunk bed, a connecting room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The garden is completely private: the car park is on the property and the gate with automatic gate opening. Wifi available.

To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Final cleaning not optional €70. Bed linen and towels optional €10 per person. Electricity, gas, water not optional €15 per person per week. Heating optional €5 per day (based on consumption). Pet optional €25 per week.
