Small apartment house "Le Caroubier", built in 1999. In the district of Centre Thermal 1.4 km from the centre of Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house (ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking, single garage. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant, bar 190 m, bakery 1.5 km, café 190 m, bus stop "Postal Morthey, centre" 270 m, railway station "Riddes" 10.2 km, thermal baths 550 m. Chair lift 2.1 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school 1.4 km, cross country ski track 2.6 km, children's playground 1 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Ski bus (free of charge). Airfield 125 km from the property.

Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 sofabed (140 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: open large gallery with rooflight with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Balcony 13 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 6 devant le box n°6 (roofed, 1 car), garage space n 6 (1 car), height 210 cm, width 290 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
