The property is built on 3 floors: on floor 1 well-equipped kitchen, on floor 2 living room and bathroom accessible from the kitchen via external staircase, and on floor 3 bedroom with balcony.

As the property is built on several floors, it has a steep staircase inside that leads from the living room to the bedroom, and may therefore be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. The apartment also has a private outdoor garden.

It can accommodate two people.

The Savin vacation home is located 5 minutes from a rocky beach, along which the Ayasse flows, where you can sunbathe. The Ayasse is a vigorous mountain stream that flows past the property, contributing to the coolness of the place, especially during the hot summer season

Casa Savin has central heating with pellets, the consumption of which, 15 kg bags, has an additional cost to be agreed with the owner on site.
