The house is quietly located in the middle of nature and offers pure relaxation. The apartment has a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and high-quality gas stove, its own terrace with a large BBQ for a perfect barbecue evening, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king-size bed, 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 1 additional bathroom and 1 Dining room.

The apartment is high quality and lovingly furnished. The outdoor kitchen with lounge and the large saltwater pool in the beautiful garden can be used. For stays in autumn and winter, underfloor heating is possible throughout the entire apartment. TV with satellite and internet access available. You can use WiFi for free.
Table tennis table, hammock and boules game as well as bath towels are available. You can also borrow a picnic basket and a parasol for the beach.2 We offer SUP rentals for a fee.

Our beautiful finca with the apartment is idyllically located between orange trees and olive groves in the middle of nature and invites you to go hiking, cycling or just relax. The next town with a small supermarket and bar/restaurant is approx. 3 km away. The sea and the nearest beach in Peniscola with its beautiful old town and many restaurants are about 15 minutes away by car. There you will also find the beautiful nature reserve Sierra dÌrta, located directly by the sea.

It is possible to book an additional guest room with an ensuite bathroom so that a maximum of 6 people can vacation in the apartment.
