Ferienhaus Tollenseheim

The holiday home, newly built in 2019 in log cabin style, is located on a 500 sqm large and separate recreational plot within a small holiday home settlement away from the village of Groß Nemerow in the district of Tollenseheim, only approx. 100 m as the crow flies from Lake Tollensesee. The natural bathing beach and the jetty can be reached in approx. 500 m, a golf course in approx. 300 m. The holiday home is modernly equipped and extends over 2 living levels. On the ground floor there is the living room (upholstered seating area, dining table, LED TV, radio, air conditioning) with an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (double bed, TV) and a bathroom (shower/WC, washing machine, hairdryer). On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, each with a double bed (1 x with furnished balcony), as well as a small guest WC. Heating is provided by electric heating and a wood-burning stove in the living room (initial supply of firewood included), carport and 1 additional parking space, bicycle storage room (charging facilities for e-bikes available), furnished terrace, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. A total of 5 bicycles (including 2 children's bikes) are available free of charge. A high chair and a cot can be provided free of charge for small children.other chargeable offers on site:- Dinghy for max. 5 pers. without motor 15 EUR/day or 60 EUR/stay- 2 stand-up paddleboards (30 EUR/stay each)- Grill Kota for 12-15 pers. Bed linen and towels can be rented or brought along. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water and W-LAN. For a second pet there is a charge of 5,00 EUR per night.



Tollenseheim is a district of the village of Groß Nemerow on Lake Tolllensesee, the sixth largest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Neubrandenburg, the third largest city in M-V, is 12 kilometres away. It is also the economic and cultural centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The concert church, small theatres and the Jahnsportforum, a multifunctional hall, regularly host high-quality events. In addition to good shopping facilities and numerous restaurants, Neubrandenburg's cultural park on Lake Tollensesee offers a beautiful local recreation destination, not only for the local population. Several bathing beaches, passenger boats, a 38 km long cycling and hiking trail around the lake and several cafés offer opportunities for both relaxation and physical activity.
