Ferienhaus Zinnowitz (Seebad)

The 53 m² three-bedroom holiday home for a maximum of 4 people is located separately at the rear of the owner's 940 m² residential property within a quiet residential area in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 800 m away, restaurants, cafés and shops are within a radius of 500 m. The holiday home is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a separate kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue facilities and a car park. A high chair and a cot can be provided for small children. Final cleaning, water and electricity consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. Pets are not allowed. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is a state-recognised climatic health resort and is therefore subject to the health resort tax (payable on site).



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.
