The approximately 65 square metre holiday home (1 half of the house) offers space for up to 4 people (including 1 infant up to a maximum of 2 years) and is located on the owner's fully fenced property of approximately 1300 square metres in a quiet location on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz). A restaurant and a swimming area on the Tiefwarensee lake are around 500 metres away. The nearest shopping facilities are around 2 km away.The holiday home was newly built in 2013 and has a separate entrance. It extends over two floors and is equipped on the lower level with a living room with upholstered furniture and 1 armchair, flat screen TV, radio and DVD player and access to the terrace as well as a separate kitchen with electric hob with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances and a seating area as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One room with a double bed and one room with 2 single beds. The house is equipped with central heating and insect screens in front of the bedroom windows. Also available: furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage, 2 parking spaces. Smoking is only permitted outside. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
