There is also a car parking space, a seating area with barbecue, a bicycle storage room and 2 bicycles for free use.

Poseritz is a village in a rural setting in the southern part of the island of Rügen and can be reached quickly via the impressive Rügen Bridge. In the village, which has retained a certain originality and tranquillity, there is an inn and a farm shop selling natural dairy products. The nearest supermarket is in Garz, approx. 6 km away. The region is easy to explore by bike, with a popular cycle path towards Bergen running right on the edge of the village. Swimming and fishing opportunities can be found on the Strelasund, approx. 7 km away. The long sandy beaches around Binz can be reached in half an hour by car. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund with shopping facilities, restaurants and many attractions, such as the Oceaneum, the Oceanographic Museum, the Hansedom bathing paradise or the zoo, is only approx. 15 km away.
