Just a few steps away from the promenade on the Müritz and a small bathing area, in a popular residential area, there are two holiday apartments for 6 and 4 people on a large residential property on the upper floor of a town villa and an adjoining outbuilding. The harbour and the old town of Waren with its many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The centrally heated non-smoking flat has a car park, a lockable bicycle storage room, a barbecue and free WiFi.

This approx. 65 square metre apartment for up to 4 people is located in a separate annex, can be entered via two entrances (1 x kitchen, 1 x living room) and extends over 2 floors. The ground floor has underfloor heating, the living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, radio/CD) and the kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) are located here. The bedroom (double bed, trundle bed) and the bathroom (shower, bathtub, washing machine) on the upper floor can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has a furnished, covered terrace with a view of the large garden.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
