Just a few metres above the beautiful Müritz promenade and a few steps from the harbour, this tastefully furnished holiday apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of an apartment building. Restaurants, bakeries, other shopping facilities and the old town centre of Waren (Müritz) are in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 52 square metre, allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartment is centrally heated and has a living room (couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, dining area, access to the balcony), a separate, small kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV) with access to the bathroom (bathtub, toilet, hairdryer) and a small hallway. There is also W-LAN, a furnished balcony and a car park nearby (DISTANCE approx. 300 m). You can park directly in front of the house for loading and unloading.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
