Amazing apartment in Waren (Müritz)

The holiday apartment for two people, which was completely modernised in 2021, is located in the basement of the owner's house just 100 m from the beach and the promenade on the Müritz. The old town of Waren (Müritz) with its marina, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature discovery centre is just a few minutes' drive or a 20-minute walk away. There are two further holiday properties on the 2,000 sqm residential property. (Holiday home DZV247, holiday bungalow DZV444). The non-smoking holiday apartment has a separate entrance, is centrally heated and is modernly furnished with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), open kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe) and a large bathroom (walk-in shower, WC). There is also a small terrace, bicycle storage facilities, a car park and W-LAN. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access in approx. 25 km.
