Ferienhaus Zempin (Seebad)

The holiday home, which was completely modernised in 2018, stands separately on the owner's 1000 m² residential property in a central location between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beach is about 750 metres away. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio, dining area), a bedroom (2 joinable upholstered beds), a kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave) as well as shower/WC and central heating. There is W-LAN, a large covered terrace with garden furniture, beach chair, sun loungers and (electric) barbecue, carport and storage space for bicycles. The total price includes bed linen, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. The seaside resort of Zempin is subject to visitor's tax. Towels must be brought along.



The Bernsteinbad Zempin is one of the beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom, situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Wide sandy beach (also dog beach and nudist beach), natural harbour on the Achterwasser, cycle paths, various restaurants, shops, bicycle and beach chair hire in the village. From Zempin railway station you can easily reach the other seaside resorts on the island every 30 minutes.
