Ferienhaus Zinnowitz (Seebad)

The three holiday homes for 2 to 4 people are located separately on a 1000 square metre recreational plot within a quiet residential area, just 750 m from the Baltic Sea beach. There is another holiday home on the property. The holiday homes were completely renovated and refurbished in 2018.

This one-room holiday home for 2 people is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer, dining area, various kitchen appliances) and a small bathroom with shower/WC.

Outside, each accommodation has a furnished terrace, barbecue and car park. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children on request. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is subject to visitor's tax.



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.
