Ferienwohnung Waren (Müritz)

Centrally yet quietly located on the edge of the old town of Waren (Müritz), just a few steps away from the Binnen-Müritz, there are a total of three holiday apartments for up to three or five people in a lovingly renovated town villa. The harbour with boat and ship moorings, bathing beach, restaurants, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature discovery centre are all within walking distance. All guests have access to garden furniture, a lawn with sun loungers, a barbecue area with a smoker, bicycle storage facilities (lockable, on the property), one parking space per apartment (one additional parking space for a fee) and free WiFi. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. (Please bring your own bed linen for babies.) To be paid on site: Tourist tax, if applicable 2. car park 5 EUR/day. One small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. Larger dogs only possible on request.

The approx. 40sqm centrally heated apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 baby is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining area, 1 double bed, 1 single bed), a small, separate kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). From here you have a direct view of the Müritz.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access in approx. 25 km.
