Ferienhaus Zinnowitz (Seebad)

The holiday home and a holiday apartment are located on the owner's 1000 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area. The Baltic Sea beach, supermarket, restaurants and cycle paths are all within a radius of 500 metres. Each accommodation has a car parking space, terrace or outdoor seating area, barbecue and bicycle storage facilities. WLAN is also available.

The small holiday apartment with separate entrance was last modernised in 2022 and is located on the lower ground floor (basement) of the house. It is simply furnished with: combined living/sleeping room (2 upholstered couches, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio), kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dining area, various kitchen appliances), renovated bathroom (shower/WC), central heating. There is also an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Included in the total price: Final cleaning, water and energy consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Zinnowitz is subject to visitor's tax.



The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.
