This cosy holiday home for up to 5 adults and 1 baby is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Luckow on the owner's approx. 1,000 m² property. The small bathing area on the Szczecin Lagoon in Vogelsang is approx. 3 km away, the beautiful sandy beach in Ueckermünde is just under 10 km away, shopping facilities and restaurants can be found approx. 5 km away in Bellin or Ahlbeck.



The approx. 70 square metre, family-friendly, non-smoking holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen (dining area, electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer), each with access to the terrace. On the upper floor (relatively steep stairs!) is the large living room (sofa bed - extra bed for two people, dining table, flat screen TV, foldaway bed - extra bed for a child) and the bedroom (double bed, one single bed). In addition, there is a large terrace, a wooden seating area directly in front of the house, another seating area with play equipment in the garden, barbecue and fire bowl, car park, bicycle storage facilities, cot and high chair as well as electric radiators.



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. No further costs on site. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Luckow is a small community near the Polish border in the Ueckermünde Heath. A small natural bathing area on the Szczecin Lagoon is only about 3 km away, the serviced beach in Bellin about 5 km away. In Luckow there is an old half-timbered church in which changing exhibitions take place. A botanical garden can be visited in the Christiansberg district and a fishing pond ("Tonkuhle Luckow") is approx. 1 km away. The seaside resort of Ueckermünde with its famous zoo, a climbing park, boat hire, passenger boat trips to Poland and Usedom and a cinema is around 10 kilometres from Luckow. There are also larger shopping facilities there. A corner shop is 3 kilometres away.
