Only approx. 600 m (approx. 12 minutes' walk) from the Baltic Sea beach and approx. 800 m from the Achterwasser, the comfortable holiday apartment for 2 people with two extra beds is located on the ground floor of a flat house with a total of 6 residential units. The approx. 40 square metre non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating and an electric fireplace has a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 people, flat-screen TV with radio, dining table) with an open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine). There is also a furnished terrace, a car parking space and a bicycle storage room.

Final cleaning, electricity and water costs are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package. Pets (no large dogs) are allowed in this property.



The Bernsteinbad Zempin is one of the beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom, situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Wide sandy beach (also dog beach and nudist beach), natural harbour on the Achterwasser, cycle paths, various restaurants, shops, bicycle and beach chair hire in the village. From Zempin railway station you can easily reach the other seaside resorts on the island every 30 minutes.
