Beautiful semi-detached house, 2 storeys. In the centre of Norddeich, in a quiet position, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful garden (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 1 km, bakery, café 900 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 2 km, minigolf 900 m.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Smoke alarm. The house has a workstation, 50mbit wireless LAN and an OLED Smart TV.
