2 bedroom lovely apartment in Mirow

Just a few steps away from Mirow Castle and the Liebesinsel, the holiday apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 child (including the application of clay plaster, renovation of the wooden floorboards), which was extensively renovated in 2021 from an ecological point of view, is located on the approximately 1,600 square metre, completely enclosed residential property in an outbuilding. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance, the lido on Lake Mirower See and the railway station are only a 10-minute walk away (900 m). The non-smoking flat is approx. 100 square metres in size, centrally heated (underfloor heating) and allergy-friendly (excellent indoor climate). Accessible via a common corridor and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a dining room, the kitchen (dining area, cooker, mini oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, high chair), the bathroom (shower tray, WC, hairdryer) and a small hallway. On the upper floor (stairs to the kitchen) is the open-plan living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom with a 1.40 wide double bed (connecting room!) and another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a car park, a bicycle storage room, a barbecue, a seating area in the garden and free WiFi. The final cleaning as well as water and electricity consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee or you can bring your own. Mirow is a small town in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District between the residential town of Neustrelitz (approx. 25 km away) and the spa town of Waren/Müritz (approx. 45 km away). The town is located directly on the Müritz-Havel waterway and is a centre of attraction for all water sports enthusiasts and hikers. Lake Mirow is the ideal starting point for a variety of paddling tours thanks to its connection to other bodies of water, and the town's biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which was only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration, the 3 Queens' Palace, the idyllic Love Island, the Johanniter Church and the Old Castle Brewery with its gastronomic experience, as well as several restaurants and cafés, a fish smokehouse, shopping facilities and boat and bicycle hire. Mirow also has a railway station and is easily accessible by train via the connection to Neustrelitz.
