Ferienwohnung Waren (Müritz)

This holiday home for up to 4 people, which was renovated for the last time in 2019, is located in the quiet district of Warenshof, within a residential area on the owners' approx. 1,000 m² residential and commercial property. Lunch facilities, a playground, train and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, supermarkets are approx. 1 km away and a beautiful beach on the Müritz is just under 2.5 km away.



The approx. 45 m², tastefully furnished and centrally heated non-smoking holiday home with separate entrance extends over two floors. The living room (couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, wood-burning stove - wood on request) with open mini-kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom (shower, WC) are located on the lower floor. An open staircase leads to the sleeping area (double bed, flat-screen TV, sofa bed - extra bed for 2 persons, small reading corner). Guests also have access to a furnished terrace, a brick barbecue, car park, bicycle storage and WiFi.



The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small dog up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property. Cats are not permitted.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
