The holiday apartment is located separately in the basement of a residential house on the 1200 square metre, well-kept residential property of the owner in a central location, approx. 400 m from the Fleesensee. Approx. 1.5 km to the Fleesensee public swimming pool. Restaurants and shops within a radius of approx. 200 m. The holiday apartment is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, TV, radio, sofa bed), bedroom (double bed, sofa bed), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dining table, various kitchen utensils), shower/WC, central heating, furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, energy and water are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, W-LAN 5 EUR/week, charging station e-bike 1,50 EUR/day and bike.



The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. It is connected to the other parts of the town by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boats, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church and the town mill. A large bathing beach as well as boat and bicycle hire round off the tourist attractions.
