Ferienwohnung Waren (Müritz)

Situated right on the shores of Lake Tiefwaren, in a quiet location, the owners’ separate holiday flat is on the ground floor of a residential building set within the approximately 500 square metre, fully fenced residential plot. A natural swimming spot is just a few metres away; access to the lake is only interrupted by a cycle and walking path. There is also another holiday flat in the house. The non-smoking flat, measuring approx. 40 square metres, was renovated in 2021 and has central heating. It comprises a living room (sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV with Netflix, additional LAN connection) and a bedroom (double bed), a small kitchen area (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, convection oven, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, toilet). There is also a furnished terrace with a lake view, sun loungers, a barbecue, a secure parking space on the property and free Wi-Fi. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. To be paid on site: visitor’s tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is situated in charming surroundings right on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.   Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, the adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre featuring a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also features outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school, and plenty of shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which is ideal for exploring via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway junction approx. 25 km away.
