Ferienwohnung Hohen Sprenz

The holiday apartment for two people, renovated in 2017, is located in an outbuilding on the owner's approx. 5,000 m² residential property directly bordering the Hohe Sprenzer See lake. You can swim and fish in the lake, a rowing boat is available to guests free of charge and the existing jetty can also be used to launch your own canoe or paddle boat. There is a small shop in the village, further shopping facilities or restaurants can be found in Schwaan (7 km) or in the Hanseatic city of Rostock (30 km), which can be reached quickly via the nearby motorway junction.



The quiet, approx. 34 square metre, ground-floor, non-smoking apartment is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, double bed), an open-plan kitchen (cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) and a modern bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a terrace, sun loungers, seating in the garden, a barbecue, car park and free W-LAN. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels.



The small community of Hohen Sprenz is located directly on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Schwaan and Laage, just 30 kilometres from the Hanseatic city of Rostock. The region is characterised by a gently rolling landscape bordered by the Warnow (to the west) and Recknitz (to the east) river valleys, and the tranquil village is characterised by its excellent transport links (motorway 9 km, airport 9 km) and proximity to Rostock, making it an excellent starting point for many activities, whether by car, boat or bike. The Hohen Sprenzer See offers relaxation and recreation while swimming, fishing or paddling, fishing licences are available directly in the village. A small corner shop provides guests with bread rolls and the most important groceries, while further shopping facilities, restaurants and sights such as the former artists' colony can be found in Schwaan, approx. 7 km away.
