This is one of two holiday apartments (renovated in 2017 and 2018), which are located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 1,700 sqm residential property in a quiet residential area. A furnished hallway is available for shared use as an entrance hall to the holiday apartments. There is also a shared outdoor seating area, barbecue, car park, various play facilities (table tennis, swing), cot and high chair.



The centrally heated apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, flat-screen TV), bedroom (double bed, guest bed can be added), a kitchenette in the hallway (refrigerator, hotplates, various small kitchen appliances) and a large bathroom with shower/WC. Sailing and horse riding are possible by arrangement. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy. Please bring your own towels.



Altenkirchen is located on the Wittow peninsula in the north of the island. The Baltic seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh with its wide range of leisure activities is approx. 2 km from the famous Cape Arkona. 8 km away. In the village there are restaurants, shops and a bicycle hire.
