The comfortable and modern holiday apartment for 2-4 people was newly built and furnished in 2014. It is located on the ground floor of a residential/holiday home, only approx. 500 metres from the Achterwasser (Lake Neppermin). The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The holiday apartments each have a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, DVD, dining table, some with fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV), kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN. A cot and high chair can be provided if required. There is a tiled floor with underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedroom. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, an outdoor pool (not heated), a barbecue area, a trampoline and a car parking space. A private outdoor jacuzzi can be used for a fee. The ground floor flats have a furnished terrace and a separate, fenced area. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.

Neppermin is a beautifully laid out village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic seaside resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. On the shore there are hiking and cycling trails, a bathing area, a promenade, boat and bicycle hire, a children's playground, a barbecue and campfire site and riding facilities. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.
