The 80 m² holiday home for max. 4 people is located on the owner's residential property in Mahlzow, a district of the town of Wolgast. The town centre with shopping facilities, restaurants and weekly market is approx. 1 km away. The Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide with its beach is approx. 8 km away. The holiday home is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double sofa bed), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), a spacious entrance area (veranda) with dining table and a bathroom with bathtub/WC. The accommodation is heated by central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption and Wi-Fi. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
Mahlzow is a district of the ducal town of Wolgast directly on the Peenestrom and is still on the island of Usedom. The town is connected to Wolgast by the large bascule weighbridge. Special sights in the town include the town museum, the Rungehaus and the Mühlensteinpark. The harbour is the starting point for various boat trips, including to Usedom. Wolgast Zoo is home to over 300 animals of 40 different species. The facility also has petting zoos and a zoo school especially for younger guests, and Wolgast is also part of the European Route of Brick Gothic. Points of interest are the Gertruden Chapel and St Peter's Church. The highlight in Wolgast's old town is the regional weekly market with traders from the neighbourhood offering a variety of seasonal and fresh products directly from the region. There are also numerous restaurants, cafés and shops in the area. The Baltic Sea beach is around 10 kilometres away.
