The holiday home is detached and at ground level on the owner's 2000 square metre residential property, only approx. 100 m from the promenade and the public swimming pool on the Müritz. It is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, LCD TV, radio/CD), open-plan kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed), shower/WC, central heating. The owner runs a small laundry on the property. At your disposal: Terrace with seating and sun loungers, barbecue and car park as well as W-LAN. Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels and bed linen. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjoining promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
