On the ground floor, you'll find pleasant living spaces with a cosy fireplace area and a small TV lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Two separate staircases lead to the upper floor with three spacious bedrooms and three further bathrooms. Plenty of space and privacy for a large family or small group of friends. The dining room is located in the bright conservatory. It offers a beautiful view of the lush garden, where you can relax and enjoy meals al fresco.
The holiday home is quietly located in the Primel district, which resembles a small peninsula. Without taking the car, you can choose between two beautiful beaches, Trégastel beach and Primel beach. The commune of Plougasnou, renowned for its 17 km of marvellous coastline, lies on the border between the departments of Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. In the immediate vicinity, there are many attractive excursions, for example to the west, along the Bay of Morlaix, to the spa town and port of Roscoff; to the north, the superb Côte de Granit Rose is just a 30-minute drive away.
