The fourth apartment is located on the 1st floor. The living and dining area with 2 bunks and the separate bedroom with 2 bunks offer a total of 50 square meters of space for 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.



The "Priel Hüs" is located in a quiet location in the popular town of List on Sylt, only a few minutes' walk from the Wadden Sea, dunes and harbor. The house houses 9 apartments of different sizes and layouts, so that couples as well as families or small groups will find suitable accommodation.

The apartments are bright and friendly and equipped with functional, complete furnishings. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and open up a view of the countryside.

Guests have 8 parking spaces available directly at the house. The well-kept garden area can be shared by all residents and invites you to relax or socialize.
