Cozy Retreat 3-bedroom house with outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi

Located in between Oxford and Batesville and just 16 miles from Ole Miss Campus and 3 miles from Sardis Lake. Great for Ole Miss games, fishing, ATV riding, and boating. House is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a Jacuzzi on the back porch, and a custom outdoor kitchen. House is also equipped with 2 RV/Camper spots with water, electrical, sewage, and internet. Those can be rented separately from this listing for $200 a night per spot for football games. Must rent house to have access to outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. Both inside bathrooms have custom tile walk-in showers. There is a full outdoor bathroom with walk in shower on the back side of the outdoor kitchen. Outdoor kitchen is heated/cooled and is equipped with 4 grills, a hibachi table in the center island, and a full kitchen with appliances. The outdoor kitchen is the ultimate entertainment area and is my favorite about this property. E.C Moore Store is a phenomenal butcher store just 6 miles from this place.

VERY IMPRESSED! Me and my wife came to the Ole Miss lsu game weekend and booked this place. It’s not too far away. It’s a literal retreat with everything you need. 3 bedroom cabin but probably sleeps 8-12 people. A HOT TUB!! 2 RV parking spots also. So we could have brought 2-3 families. (They have their own shower and bathroom connected to the outdoor kitchen. So cozy.. fire pit, outdoor kitchen that looks like a cabin.. had hibachi table center island we made breakfast on and 4 types of grills. The place seems brand new. I would totally give this place a shot. Anyways.. I’m going to stay here again. Feels like home and I highly recommend.

It's close to the lake and home in Oxford. Sardis Lake has the most beautiful sunsets to watch.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are close to the lake and we have endless ATV trails all around during riding season. We have two RV/Camper spots with full amenities and an outdoor kitchen that can entertain a bunch of guests. We have Moore's meat market about 5 miles away, so you can get fresh cut steaks and seafood. Both Oxford and Batesville are withing 16 min of the place as well
