Upon entering the apartment, on the first floor, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway, complete with a practical toilet. The hall leads you to a cozy living room. With five comfortable seats, including a double sofa and three separate armchairs, there is enough space for everyone to relax by the television after a day full of adventures. Adjacent to the living room, you will find a spacious kitchen, equipped with all conveniences to prepare delicious meals. A large dining table invites for long evening meals or cozy game nights. The kitchen itself is equipped with a hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, and kettle. Through a sliding door, you step onto the covered balcony (10m2), equipped with chairs, a table, and a parasol, offering an unobstructed view over the adjacent nature area. An idyllic place to have breakfast with the sound of chirping birds or to end the day with a glass of wine in hand.

After a day full of impressions, our apartment on the second floor offers three comfortable bedrooms to dream away in. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed (180x200cm), a bedside table, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom, with two single beds (90x200cm), large closet, and chairs, and the third bedroom, with one single bed (90x200cm) and a chest of drawers, ensures everyone has their own space. The compact bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink, and hairdryer - everything you need to start the day fresh or to end it relaxed. On the second floor, you will also find a washing machine in the storage room, exclusively for your use during your stay.

Traveling with a little one? No worries, we have thought of everything. There is a high chair, a foldable baby cot (60x120cm), and a stair gate available in the house. So even the youngest guest can enjoy carefree. And because a vacation is not complete without your loyal four-legged friend, one pet is warmly welcomed in our apartment. Together enjoying long walks or lounging on the balcony; it's all possible. For the cycling enthusiasts among us: there is a storage room that not only offers space for your bikes but where you can also charge your electric bikes. And with a private parking space at the house and ample parking space in the area, you don't have to worry about finding a spot. Arrivals are allowed daily, except Sundays.
