Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Apartementhaus, wurde im Jahr 2024 renoviert und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf die Berge und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit.

Seline. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
