Windmill "Roucan", built in 1880. 1 km from the centre of Teyssieu, 11 km from the centre of Sousceyrac, 15 km from the centre of Bretenoux / Saint Céré, in a quiet position, directly by the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: boccia. Private: natural state property 250 m2, beautiful garden to relax, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 14 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 14 km, bus stop "Laval-de-Cère" 7 km, bathing lake "Camps-Saint-Mathurin-Léobazel" 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 17 km. Nearby attractions: Bretenoux / Saint Céré / Beaulieu-sur-D. 15 km, Loubressac / Carennac / Autoire 25 km, Gouffre de Padirac 30 km, Collonges-la-Rouge 40 km, Rocamadour 45 km, Aurillac 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Tolerme 20 km, Rénac-Plage 35 km. Please note: not suitable for small children.
